One of my biggest fears is I will still be scrawny and weak years from now. How can I get better faster to avoid this? You won't the brain is designed like a muscle to adapt to any situation it regularly repeats. Eventually it becomes to easy and you'll get bored, weaken and repeat

Go with a friend that raises you up and ask him to push you to do it. If you are in San Diego I'll be that friend for you. If not I'll find that person for you. And if I can't, I'm there by your side just telling you that that pretty girl wants to feel pretty and you can give her the gift by asking her number.
