If you have any standards at all, you need to be worth a shit first. I don't think that's true. I think women have no control at all over who they are attracted to. It all boils down to playing the game rather than bitching about the game. TRP is basically the real ruleset about the game. Once you start to play the real game, it starts to feel like playing a game on cheat mode. A lot of the fun goes out of it. Them's the breaks.

It is calories in and out You don't understand how the insulin system works. It's the reason it's so profoundly difficult for obese people to lose weight. Sure, you "can" do it by calorie restriction. People I know who actually lost weight usually just ate healthy, not a specific diet prohibiting anything. I know a number of people who have lost over a hundred pounds on keto, and they did it in a year. Watch Gary Taubes on this subject.

yes people lose weight BUT as soon as they start eating carbs again that weights goes right back on. Yes, if you eat bread, cakes and cookies you will gain weight. This is not a problem with atkins, it's a problem with excessive carb consumption and when people return to excessive carbs they do gain weight. The way to do it is to lose weight with atkins and then transition to some other intelligent diet. Paleo or the variant called "warrior diet" have worked well for a lot of people.

Apparently you don't need to lose a lot of weight and that's great but the fact remains that keto is appearing more and more to be the best way for overweight people to lose. No, keto diets take off 100 pounds in a year painlessly, they don't work solely by calorie restriction but instead repair your insulin system and possibly change your gut bacteria makeup, both of which are damaged by sugar. No offense but educate yourself on the subject before you talk about it, look on youtube for Gary Taubes. On a keto diet you can work out strenuously while staying below 20 grams carbs a day, the key is keeping your carbs for before and during the workout.

Well, they started a corporation in Eve called Goonfleet. What they did would really take too long to explain, but they were essentially using large-scale trolling and griefing activities to somehow blackmail or influence the publishers of the game. Actually it's funny you should mention that! Opening the conversation with "No" is surprisingly effective! Try it sometime. It puts them on the back foot right away both with making them wonder and with the reverse psychology effect of being told no, even when you don't know what it's about.
