5	Mid-twenties and moving to NYC, what are the younger and more "fun" areas of the city people fresh out of college move to? How much can you afford to pay in rent? If you can afford $1500-2000 a month, then split with someone and get a 1 bedroom flex in Manhattan. Preferably around midtown west or union square or herald square.
