| 1 | Should I save it? Part 2 - More realityYou definitely need to go talk to an attorney. A lot of divorces are pretty cut and dry. And, my attorney advised me that debts incurred by my STBXW that had no benefit to me or the family could be considered her "personal" debt and not our "shared" debt. as for the kids, also talk to your attorney, but make sure you get the 50/50 parenting arrangement or more.
