No they did not have different biology. Modern humans are the same then as now. Hunting is a skill. It’s not based on strength. African tribes are extremely diverse and some women do hunt or have responsibilities that westerners would expect of men. You can’t generalize “African tribes” as they are very different.

The child is also the husbands who doesn’t sacrifice career. Marriage contracts are not asymmetric. Never said that men can’t do household chores, but in many relationships the woman does them which enables the man to focus on career. If the woman has to do household chores and work outside the home, her spouse should help so that her colleagues don’t have to “subsidize” her. However this is often not the case. I’d like to see a source for this since most women work outside the home. I’m sure it’s true that most of the highest earners are men. In that case, consider the fact that one person in a marriage usually sacrifices career to care for the kids, and it’s most often the women. That’s crazy because in my experience it’s been the exact opposite. I am the one telling my boyfriend about HYSAs, Roth IRAs, basically saving and budgeting in general. My mom managers the finances in our family. My grandma managed the finances for my grandparents and worked while my grandfather stayed home. If the women are mostly from your family, maybe it’s family culture contributing to this. This is not how women are as a whole. Most of my girl friends are pretty financially responsible.
