If this is your reason for joining a fraternity, don't join a fraternity. When I was in college I had to deal with morons that kept trying to join just to party and ended up immediately washing out when they realized we checked grades and had minimum community service hours per semester.

You didn't miss anything that you can't get now. All of those college hookups still happen after college. Sex life usually improves after college because you have more financial resources and your own place, instead of sharing a house, apartment or dorm with a ton of dudes.

The way to a girl is through the friend. Bro out with him; buy a round, talk sports, joke around, whatever. When you're part of the group everybody's guard is down. Now it gets a little different if the guy friend is trying to get her to himself. In that case smoke him out. Point out he's trying too hard or something.

i don't see this working often but i do see this working. not all girls are that open, outgoing and friendly. i got to an engineering-heavy university and any remotely desirable girls on campus are absolutely full of themselves because they are aware that they are a rarity here. state schools are much better suited for this little experiment
