YOU said women, not me. I said feminists. Again, show me where I said what you claim, it's all here in this thread. Again, this is a debate, not a kindergarten rant session. You can't just make up bullshit and expect me not to call you out on it. Put your money where your mouth is and show me where I said what you claim I said.

An entire poitical party, and their voters, is not "some women". Also, I never said it was it was women, I said it was feminists. You still haven't pointed out where I said what you claimed I said. This is a debate, not a forum for your temper tantrums.

"What you wrote about human interaction full of unsourced ipse dixit nonsense certainly was a fable tho. Nice three card Monte tho" This is an unsourced assertion. What is your source? "Lol not really tool " This is an unsourced assertion. What is your source?

"Asserting a nonsourced fable about human interaction isn't a point." This is an unsourced assertion. What is your source?

"When actual human interaction is studied we find that no, neither men or women are complicated. The stories we tell ourselves are, though." This is an unsourced assertion. What is your source?

What you wrote about human interaction full of unsourced ipse dixit nonsense certainly was a fable tho. Nice three card Monte tho source? Lol not really tool source? It's not ad hominem to denote the actual structure of your paragraph. It's a fable preaching about the complexities of human interaction without nary a scholarly source. source? The counter point increasingly seems to be do you even know what an argument is? source? All your comments are unsourced ipse dixit nonsense. In this entire…

Once again, you haven't addressed my points. Once again, you go with the ad hominem attack rather than addressing my arguments or making a counter-argument yourself. Once again, good luck.

What feminists want here, in case it wasn't clear in my other comments, is that an accusation from a woman, on its own, would be enough to constitute probable cause. So, if a woman says "Steve attacked me", that in itself would be enough to hold Steve in jail without bail before charges are even brought. They want to lower the standard of probable cause when, and only when, the presumed victim is a woman and the presumed aggressor is a man. Their reasoning is "protecting women is more important …

Human interaction is not a fable, it's a reality, and it's not something that is gotten from a published source, it is something that is lived and experienced. edit: reading up on sexuality and music theory will give you one view of sex and guitar playing, but it is no substitute for actually having sex or learning to play the guitar if you really want to understand it. human interaction is no different.

So... not addressing my points + doubling down on generalizations + ad hominem attack ... I can see why you would assume the world is so simplistic, as for you it obviously is. Projection is one hell of a drug. Good luck.

I didn't say it was happening, I said it is what feminists want. Please stop trying to reinterpret what I'm saying. When I say "feminism", I mean people who I know personally who identify as feminists, journalists and pundits who also identify as feminists, as well as the Unidas Podemos party (https://podemos.info/), which is the political face of modern Spanish feminism.

I said no such thing. Again, please show me where I said that. I speak for myself, I don't speak for all men, and neither do you. Show me where I said what you claim I said. Are you here to debate, or are you here to change the subject, rant, and confuse your own prejudices and preconceived notions for my actual assertions? Your projection and whataboutism do not address my point. If you want to change the subject and rant, you're in the wrong thread. Your misdirected anger has nothing to do wit…

I am not blocked from living my life by the actions of women. Those are your words, not mine. I'm talking about one single aspect of what feminism in Spain believes. I find this "shit" from feminists, not from tiktok. I'm not talking about the economy, nor job stability, no fertility, nor work imbalances, nor poverty, nor being blocked from living my life by the actions of women. I am talking ONLY about the feminist approach to the presumption of innocence. If you believe that I AM talking about…

That is not at all what happens. If I tell the police that Dave stole my car, they do not immediately throw him in jail. The first thing they do is go talk to Dave and get Dave's side of the story, then continue the investigation from there. They only throw Dave in the tank if they have reasonable suspicion that Dave stole my car. My word alone doesn't cut it. What feminism here wants is that if Nora says Neil assaulted her, that Neil goes directly to jail, based only on Nora's initial testimony…

No, I'm not complaining at all that the victim is listened to. You're misreading what I'm saying. Of course a person who reported a car theft should be listened to, what I don't believe is that Dave should be immediately taken into custody just because I said "Dave stole my car." The presumption of innocence means that the police need to prove that Dave stole my car before they lock him up. Feminists here believe that men need to be locked up on a woman's word alone.

OK. I've tried to elaborate a little more in my other response. Please let me know if that doesn't answer your question.

They believe that criminal investigations into gender violence need to start from "the woman is telling the truth". That the woman is immediately presumed to be telling the truth. That the woman's testimony should be given more weight from the beginning than the man's. Just as a police officer's testimony is given more legal weight vs. a criminal defendant's, and just as the police officer's version of the story is assumed to be true unless demonstrated otherwise.

Here in Spain, feminists believe that, in a legal action, a woman's word should carry more weight than a man's, i.e., men do not deserve the presumption of innocence. edit: by legal action, I mean any "he said" vs "she said" case. The feminist view here is that women are to be presumed to be telling the truth and men are presumed to be guilty unless otherwise demonstrated.

This is not exclusive to feminism. Feminism lives in the same tightly controlled and gatekept "us vs them" bubble that any other ideology (conservatism, leftism, redpill-ism, "woke"-ism, nationalism, etc.) lives in. Every ideological bubble does this. Conservatives want a conservative utopia where conservatives are priveleged and liberals are put in their place, leftists want a leftist utopia where progressives dominate and conservatives are put in their place, redpillers want a misogynistic uto…

Yes, actually, women, just like men, are complex. Reading research may suggest to you that they aren't, but actual human interaction will reveal that they indeed are. You'll learn a lot more about human behavior by interacting with humans than you will by staying in the library reading the latest research. The great thing about research is that you can cherry pick what you read to fit whatever narrative you're trying to peddle, whereas actual human interaction produces a lot of messy data that w…
