Oh I used to be insecure 100%, and I think it's important for women to know that it's normal to feel that way. But once you overcome it, it's almost a "eureka!" moment. I've never been happier in my entire life

I've been single my entire life (I'm 25). I couldn't figure out why- on paper, I check all the boxes. I was called intimidating but always brushed it off as immaturity I'd find less of out of college. It used to really bother me up until about a year ago when I realized all the men in my life were tolerable at best, and my friend's boyfriends were literal children who could barely function without a girlfriend/babysitter. I like to think that I'll meet someone able to keep up with me one day but…

Tip for going out alone: Say you're waiting for your friend Sarah but she's running late. If the convo is going well, look at your phone after a bit and say- "damn, Sarah flaked on me AGAIN. At least you're good company." If the convo is going badly- "ahh, Sarah wants to meet up at a bar closer to her house, nice chatting!" You just can't do this at the same bar all the time or the regulars will notice,
