23	40-year study shows that hiring discrimination favours women over men You DO realize that women have far OUTNUMBERED and OUTPERFORMED men in educational settings for decades(?!) However, these women voluntarily CHOOSE to go into fields that are less pressured and less prestigious. Women are just NOT interested in putting 80-100 hours per week in finance, law, banking, etc. AND that’s OK. That’s just the way they are evolutionarily and that’s something that can’t be changed!
