Would you also make an exception for women who have prescriptions for birth control in their medical records or a receipt for condoms? Or an exception for women who slept with a man that had a vasectomy in his medical record?

Menstrual products are for more than just cleanliness. Not only is it unsanitary to walk around covered in blood, it can be a health concern as well.
