Interestingly enough, the indigenous people are greatly over-represented when it comes to domestic violence in Australia. However, the media focuses on white male on female violence only so it paints an incorrect picture of what is actually going on in this country. The domestic violence (and other crime) is so bad that aboriginals make up 33% of our jail prisoners despite being only 2% of the population.
