| 11 | I came across this “birthday card” my ex had written for me while I was deep cleaning my bedroom this morning. It was written with my lip liner. I still stayed with him for a year after this. You literally can’t make this shit up.Glad you got rid! My birthday was the final straw for me with my ex. No card, no nothing. He said 5 days before he 'didn't have time to get me a present' whereas for his birthday a few months prior, I'd cooked him lunch, bought him presents and a cake, took him out for dinner. When I told him I was upset at the lack of effort, he said "I was planning on getting a card". Ughhh! | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 14/05/20 05:49 PM |

| 4 | Boyfriend (M22) and I (F22) just broke upYou did the right thing, well done.it sounds like he was trying to shift the blame onto you, but you didn't say anything out of turn. It's absolutely not your fault that he is a robot. You follow your goals! You deserve to be happy and don't settle for less. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 02/05/20 10:19 AM |
| 6 | never ceases to amaze what men will demandMe too! No way in hell am I changing my surname, it means a lot to me, especially after losing my dad. Taking a man's name isn't a worldwide phenomenon and I don't know why it's still a default in the UK and US | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 29/04/20 03:17 PM |
