18	How to be more "alpha"? You don't need to be less beta or more alpha, that stuff is really just crap. It's not about some weird caveman hierarchy, it's just about confidence. If you didn't have the confidence to do something you wanted to do, you need to look at yourself and figure out what story you're telling yourself to undermine your confidence. Did you tell yourself you'd be too awkward? That you wouldn't know how to make conversation? That your body would look weak while you did it?
