I am well aware that the law sucks when it comes to male victims. But that is not worse or better than what gay people experience, and it doesn't mean that all marriage sucks. Perhaps something along the lines of "stop rapists from getting custody of children they have as a result of a rape"? Though I do think this needs to be limited to cases where a conviction was already given for rape, or else people could simply use it to permanently block their partner's access to a child if they don't like that partner. Which will make it extremely difficult for men to successfully do this, but it's better than allowing misuse of the system.

When a man gets raped and his attacker gets pregnant, she should not have custody of the child. OR child support payments, which has happened multiple times to statutorily raped boys. It would have to depend on the motivations of those who didn't pay. I certainly wouldn't support punishing someone who didn't pay because they couldn't afford it.

I don't support alimony, but I approve of child support when used correctly (the noncustodial parent giving money to the custodial parent if the noncustodial parent makes more or the custodial parent doesn't make enough to support the children themself). I don't support imprisoning or confiscating the wages of those who don't pay, however.

That is true. I felt that I had touched on the custody issue enough, and didn't touch on the other issues much because I was attempting to create a well-rounded list. That point wasn't about a histrionic SJW looking at someone in a park, though- men have had the cops called on them while out with their own children. This could ruin lives, much like false rape reports.

That is a good point; I debated whether to put that one in. (And it really annoys me that I had to. Why should we have to tailor our arguments?) And yes, I probably should have added the women striking men bit in there too, though I would bet $5 that if I had, someone would have said "it's because men are stronger" or something like that.

But... the wage gap has been proven not to exist, so this example wouldn't even work. And I didn't claim that my experiences were related to, say, the death gap, only that the attitudes themselves were problems, and that is true. Negative perceptions of men and of women need to be changed. Just because a comment isn't objective doesn't mean it isn't legitimate.

There have been none, as this is something that can only be proven anecdotally. One look at TV shows in which male rape is portrayed shows how society feels about male rape. There have also been testimonials from a multitude of men saying they were mocked or scolded for "wasting time" going in the police station or requesting access to victim's resources. Just last week I saw a post going around on Tumblr that said Bronies were nothing but misogynistic, whiny, entitled males and were doing nothing to challenge gender roles. So them liking something that's seen as a girl's show isn't challenging gender roles in any way at all? (Because it's men doing this, you see, so it's automatically lesser than a woman doing it.)

I don't think it's a great tool for commentary on sexism or anything like that- after all, women write books, scripts and so on too, and if even they prefer to write about men, then it probably isn't an issue of misogyny.
