You gotta figure out your own things but here’s what I found helpful. - Get bored of porn, I read that if you ever do watch porn you should just watch 1 vid, never switch to another. 7	Fuck Porn Ya man, been easing off porn for a year now. I fall back into watching every two months or so but it’s been pretty life changing so far.
