Currently in one of the Great Lakes states and white girls don't do any of that stuff here from my experience. Georgia is more or less the California of the south, Atlanta is the southern version of Los Angeles. Flashing off fake wealth, vain population, overabundance of bleached blonde women, and even the film industry is heading there. Georgia in general is almost half black and the white population there is not all that high compared to other states.
