I didn't ask for it, I was just told that's what we are going to do. It is just something that is filed in addition to the order to protect the person filing just in case the other person isn't happy about it. Please don't jump down my throat for commenting here. I'm just telling you in my state that whoever files 1st also has that filed as well. Including men. It's kind of a packaged deal.
