1	How do you maintain confidence without letting it become arrogance? Thanks. This was very helpful and you were absolutely right. I think I have spoken about myself a lot more- particularly when people ask about my gym regime. Fuck. It all just hit me. I think the fact that I never got compliments in the past (low self esteem days), and now all of a sudden I get them- I have struggled to respond.
