Update: TheBookOfSeil was right. Apparently she’s too busy to be seeing someone else right now. In other words, she’s not interested and only agreed to hang out initially to be nice and get me to leave.

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. I didn’t mean ask her out again, but to ask if she’s still interested in hanging out like she says she was before. I can also make it clear that it’s fine if she’s not interested. In that case, I would simply move on.

I guess you’re right. It’s just really shocking how the conversation seemed to have went so well only for things to go the complete other direction afterwards.

I’m only annoyed by the uncertainty. If she would have flat out told me she wasn’t interested then I would’ve said “Ok, have a nice day” and walked away normally.
