There are youtubers that have shown copyright strikes for it, that show it's him doing it. I have yet to see any proof that mods are being directly paid off. Tbe copyright claims are how he was identified to begin with.

He's trying to use his wealth and status to issue DMCA (copyright) claims to get the video wiped from the internet. It's caused some people to get false copyright strikes against their youtube channels (he does not own the video) which damages their ability to make money off the platform. He's doubled down on his behavior and threatened people as well. He's a cunt that doesn't understand that if he had just let the video be, it would have died in a matter of days.

I just felt like context matters. People in the other thread were acting like the cop walked onto the train, decided fuck this chick in particular and dragged her off the train. There was clearly a lead up where she was being belligerent and refusing to obey the rules (slide 4 for anyone interested).

The burden of proof is on the person stating what they say is a fact. You said there was no god, then you said it was a fact. If you wanted a scientific argument, it would have been "there is no scientific evidence of god." This statement is not an absolute and leaves open for the possibility of someone to eventually disprove it.
