Periodization is how you plan your goals; short, medium and long term. What's your micro, meso, and macrocycle? What do you plan to accomplish in a week, 6 months, one year, five years and what is your methodology? These are rhetorical questions, but this is the jist of sports periodization. Also, see "theory of planning."

Learn a classical piano. Build long-bows. Take up hunting/fishing. build Canoes/kayaks. Learning leather tanning/leather work. Take up Cabinet making. Take up blacksmithing. Brew beer. These are just some of the things I do with my spare time. If you play an instrument, perform live at open-mic nights. Fuck man, you need a hobby. There are literally a metric shit ton of things to do out there.

250 words a day is 7000 words a months. You've go about 200 words in this post and it probably took you five minutes. 250 good words, the best words in fact, would take you 30 minutes.

Matthew 19:9: "I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery." Back in the day they stoned mother fuckers for this. Even JC was not fucking cool with this kind of shitty behaviour.

Breastfeeding is a total libido killer for a lot of women. Don't take it personally. It's not you, it's her. Can attest. Three kids, two breastfed for 18 months, most recent is 6 months and still on the tit. Wife's sex drive went from great, even through the pregnancies, to complete shite. Hormonal nightmare for them. My wife described is as just a feeling of 'meh'. But it came back, furiously. OP needs to calm his tits down a little bit and give her time. I got a lot of shit done around the hou…

Your wife is like that parasite that attacks the brains of rodents making them attractive to rats. this is how I view the cuckolding phenomena. She's using you to get the best of both worlds. Great sex from her ex, and a fucking sad-sack provider.

If you are willing to you can learn how to do it yourself. My wife owns a sowing machine and I taught myself how to alter shirts to fit better. Grab a few cheap, crappy shirts from goodwill for a few bucks to practice on. Takes a few minutes. You probably know this already, but the most important part of a shirt's fit is the shoulder and the sleeve length. If these two things are off the shirt will look sub-optimal no matter what you do.

And by extension of your salient point: You are the average of the people with whom you spend the majority of your time with. Always seek out people 'better' than you. They will improve you quicker. Basically cut the fat from your life and keep the meat.

Gym membership has been acquired. Local power-lifting gym. The no talking about sex thing. I did this a while back, this was pre-MRP. Whined like a fruit about how we were not having as much sex as I wanted. I now see how unattractive that can be. I Will never do that again. The financial side of our relationship; savings, kids education fund, retirement, monthly budgets, etc are all in my control, and has always been. Thanks for the advice.

Solid advice, Got gym membership, being doing body-weight gymnastic stuff at home, but I need to squat and DL. Plus I guess having gym bags packed and ready to go gives me a place to leave to. Have all of the required readings loaded onto my kobo. Working through a bunch of them, for the second and third time, just to take them all in. Thanks. This helps an awful lot. Basically, STFU, read, and lift, for a while.

Only 14.5 % of the U.S population is 6ft or taller. Let's say, less than 1/8 of that has abs and is fit, not skinny, considering the average is around 22% body fat. 9.5 % of men in the U.S earn over $100 K per year. Wow, these people are fucking delusional and literally asking for a unicorn.

Very, very common female fantasy. I don't know whether or not she's messing around here and not serious. She made some comments before, regarding locking men in a big prison and giving them porn and quadbikes. She then recanted the comment saying it was a joke.

"Women remain clustered in low paying, feminised occupations" ... by choice, since women have been able to work in any occupation they want for several decades now. The electrical union I work for recently had open applications. At the aptitude test, out of 100 people who met the requirements, grade 12 english, math and physics, there was one girl. One. This is for a job that for first year apprentice will make a total pay package of $27 per hour in ICI work. One women. Out of those 100, 30 got …

I don't really follow your train of thought here. How is patriarchy incongruent? You think the people here are advocating 'the patriarchy' what ever that ever nebulous thing is? I might be misinterpreting you because your reply was so terse and without any real lucidity. I think, and I am far from an expert on these matters, that the more experience folk here advocate action, without it being a covert contract all about getting laid. If you are improving yourself, dressing better, getting fitter…

My question is this: Why is there the perception that more 'traditional' approaches to this problem, such as those espoused by DB and /r/relationships, and to a lesser degree /r/sex work, and that that MRP does not work, or is evil and is disparaged at every turn, yet it has a seemingly successful track record.

Tell that to the 55 women currently sitting on death row in the u.s. There are plenty of women in jail, for all kinds of things. Sure, there is a massive disparity in sentencing when it comes to male/female for the same or similar crimes, but hyperbole such as this does our movement no justice at all and only provides those who oppose us for ideological reasons more fodder. This women here is an example of pussy-pass denied, hardcore. NOTE: I do not in any way support capital punishment.

Lifting is about more than building muscle. That's the primary goal yes, but lifting also builds discipline and focus. It also gives you somewhere to be. A hobby to have outside your home life. You can still hike and do yoga or whatever else you do, but you must lift. Everything follows from lifting. You want to cultivate a masculine presence, and the one thing that that separates us from women, that is most outwardly masculine is our superior levels of muscular development, or at least potentia…

These comments where downvoted. These groups use the same tactic against this, and other subreddits, using down-voted comments in order to justify their position of "oh noes a hate group". Who the fuck cares, it's a bunch powerless cunts on the internet.

Graduated top of my class with first class honours in Archaeology and Anthropology, and I'm working as an apprentice electrician. Why? Because I like working with my hands. I like being outside on my feet, physically active for most of my day. If I want something cerebral I'll read a book or engage an edex course.
