How do you meet new girls to practise TRP ? How can you improve your social circles ? I want to get out my comfort zone but couldnt find anything. Specific details would be amazing. I tried to look volunteer works but most of them looks like boring. University clubs are pretty dead in my uni. Festivals? Not much here. Bars ? Im not living europe or america sorry.

First of thanks for constructive criticism. I agree most of the parts. True, i dont have cool male friend cos i tried to communicate them but it didnt go so well for me not because of wrong judjement or being pretentious. You cannot be friends with everyone, right? Btw im at 3rd year. Im not saying im new albert einstein or leonardo da vinci. Like i said before im still learning TRP so that in this process i can make mistakes, its not end of the world. You misunderstood the situation. May my beha…

Dont get me wrong. Im still reading and learning TRP. I've leadned the mechanics but i didnt get where the heck people meet with new girls (without club/bar). Im psychology student where most of the people in class are girls but they are fucking idiot. Not worth even talking with them. I have some friends, i met most of them but hell they are like pandora. They dont spend even 1 minute at campus and looks like they have zero friends. I cannot find any way to practice freaking things. I already w…

I think the post is great! We need more like this. What is the best part of this post ? It slaps to you with the truth that you do not even tell yourself. It's not hard task to do 5-10 minutes things which give us to chance feel better. What causes laziness and procrastination ? Answer is simple, sugar and availability of consuming ! Because people who are lazy cannot leave their confort zone. Gaming, over exaggerated pessimism, fast food, social media. These are distraction that causes procrast…

Good points. Thanks for the links. I'm a little bit hasty person. May be thats cause to transformation issue. I'll consider this. I hate the GYM environment. I feel anxiety while in there. Now, trying to decide whether should i go gym or working out at home and idk much thing reading process will continue about this. If there is a comprehensive guide about gym, it would be good for me.

how do you guys transform TRP data to your daily life? There are plenty of useful knowledge here but sometimes i'm stucking while transforming into life that information. Mastering at something takes times and so many fails, but i want to hear something about your journey, how did you become successful with TRP knowledge? Any suggestions for me ? -I've quit my bad habits, "gaming, smoking, pmo" and now reading TRP handbook and the sidebart content. Searching about diet details (i'll go intermitt…

You're absolutely right. Situations, times and places are different those people. we should try to transform those good small parts. When i try something about that, it looks like somebody speak for me i mean doesnt look like completely fit for me. I cant change my bad sides to positive.. If i specify a little bit, i want to use less words. I am speaking very fast. I cant deal with it. I should be more relax and talk more slowly but i dont know how i change. That's why asked you guys, help me im…

Dude you re amazing. Thanks for replying my question. We are learning good tips and tricks actually in the class. I am always trying to use my knowledge in social life what i learnt from the lessons. Yes, most of them useless right now. My most overpowered gain from TRP is "dont spend your time with who doesnt like you" or i can summarize with this quotes. Still i am not sure about my hairstyle. Beards are ok. I will start go to the after 2-3 weeks later ( its probably will be so hard right now)…
