^ Simple, practical advice. Just want to add a paragraph from Baltasar Gracian' "The Art Of Wordly Wisdom" Make use of Folly. The wisest play this card at times, and there are times when the greatest wisdom lies in seeming not to be wise. You need not be unwise, but merely affect unwisdom. To be wise with fools and foolish with the wise were of little use. Speak to each in his own language. He is no fool who affects folly, but he is who suffers from it. Ingenuous folly rather than the pretended …

I'm going to be pretty much isolated during this time. And it's made worse by the fact that it's incredibly important that I perform to the best of my ability. If you cannot go to gym, do bodyweight exercises. It'll help to keep your mind off from sex. Concentration meditation Cold showers FTW Good, healthy food. Nutrition is really important Sleep. Take off some time to really relax and have a good time before starting this project. Either with friends or by yourself (hiking, exploring woods, w…

Get on Twitter and follow the renowned: IllimitableMan, EdLatimore, huntfored, ethenes, MikeRMedici, Blacklabellogic . This way you'll achieve the correct mindset. I stopped reading the main subreddit half a year ago. Too much noise, too many trolls and guys pretending to be what they are not (for attention and karma)

The false sexual assault allegation is the best weapon for destroying somebody's reputation. Julian Assange comes to mind

Continue what you've been doing. Gain a momentum, make your good habits permanent and feel amazing. Do not burn out trying to do everything at once. Your energy & time are limited, like it or not. Don't read news, that's mostly information of no value. Game skills: don't let them rust, go out, have fun. Just don't let girls to distract you from your mission. Try to fuck your first girl ASAP, as the thought "I'm a virgin." will distract you too. Forget about people who disrespected you in school.…

You got to understand that you can be a rational human animal, and deploy gorilla powers only when necessary. Nothing's wrong with having multiple tools in your toolbox. 21st century is going to be the time when technology, knowledge and understanding of human nature will become integrated. Just look at TRP, rise of popularity of the meditation, recent progress in the robotics, artificial limbs & AI.

People do things if they see some benefits from doing them. Which is a kind of variation on Briffault's law.

Ever see those pictures of like 50,000 Buddhists sitting while the Dalai Lama is on a stage above them? I think that Buddhism (especially Tibetan), just like every modern religion has gone "mainstream", sells souvenirs & bullshit to the public. And it doesn't represent the "old school" teachings of Buddha anymore. Too many dogmas and unnecessary rituals Still, meditation is really efficient at improving concentration, which helps with Game and life in general (and you know that)

I see your point. If it helps not only with health, but also with the frame/SMV, I'll certainly try it out. Sean Connery is really a badass. I have recently seen a film called "Zardoz" with him in the main role. Very strange yet very RedPill movie, if one looks at it attentively.

I have a desk job, and it's slowly killing my back. Your words definitely hit home with me. Yeah, it's hard to unlearn such habits as tightening the muscles unconsciously, forcing myself to breathe in wrong ways. I've been using Progressive Muscle Relaxation for some time as a way to improve my sitting posture, and I see some progress with it. Thank you for the book.

I understand your point, and I would never have a relationship with a woman who has mental problems. This question is more about situations when an anxious woman may do something and fuck shit up for everybody around her.

Well, I understand your point. Showing what failures these feminists have become is good. Though it's hard to predict if it's effective. More traditional women will take notice, but others are going to hamster it away.

"..hits the wall" Come on..She's 48 and looks like a man. And she's a feminist. She hit the wall 5-8 years ago. That happens all the time to celebrities and women in general. If they do not die from drugs abuse, that is. I want you to ask yourself these questions. "What do I accomplish by reading these news and degrading my mental wellbeing? Why am I not reading books that will get me ahead in life? Why am I not meditating right now? Why am I not fucking beautiful women right now?"

Many of such women were forced to act like a man in their life. Their circumstances differ from those of an average HB. Grown without a father, in poverty, with some chronic illness, ugly etc.

I appreciate your work. It's good to reread books/compilations of posts once in a while. Can't do that with posts scattered all over the sub, and bookmarks tend to get lost.

A very fundamental post. I too have noticed that sadness and weakening of frame are mostly my body telling me that I'm ill or burned out from constant stress at university/work. It's always worth it to go for a walk or take a 30 minutes nap, these activities are very refreshing.

Old blues music is mostly revolving around SMV struggles. You could try listening to Muddy Waters. His "Hoochie Coochie Man" is basically a song about a Chad.

I live in the middle of EE (native), and influence of West is becoming strong here. Girls of ages 14-21 (high school & college) are all on their phones, posting to Instagram or VK.com & attention-whoring. AWALT, of course. The good thing is that feminism is almost non-existent. In my experience, only "career-girls" & those who lived in USA and came back support feminism.

Watched Takeshi's "Sonatine" yesterday. There is definitely some proto-redpill stuff in there. Also Takeshi's characters in his yakuza films are very stoic and dominating.

"Impro" by Keith Johnstone. And maybe "Impro for Storytellers" by the same author, though I haven't read it and don't know if it is good. "Improving Your Storytelling" by Doug Lipman.

I second this. Also there are two cool books by Keith Johnstone: - Impro - Impro for Storytellers These books present interesting principles and exercises you can engage in to open your mind and speak what you think.

But sometimes they fucking act like women and shit-test me! People shit-test all the time those who are higher than them in social hierarchy. In a way they're trying to determine whether you are real and willing to set boundaries, whether you are worth of admiration. Children shit-test their parents to find out how much shit they can get away with. Same with women. Students shit-test their teachers. Zen koans come to mind.

Don't ever, even in joking way, tell women you're gonna cry. Even the thought of a man crying is a turnoff for woman.

Then fuck up some more. When you know you will quite possibly fuck up again this time, there comes a mindset of: Hey, I can do whatever I want and get away with it, cause I'll fuck up anyway. Just make sure to take breaks once in a while, because burnout and depression can harm your mental and physical health.

Meaning, is it possible to push a neg too far? Or can just about anything be recovered from? Recently, I have sent exactly this message to a girl who has pretty generic photos in her profile: Do you ever fucking smile? She was like: ??! Why the fuck do you care about that? Why do you write such things to me? I replied with: I've got other things on my mind than insults. Proceeded asking where does she live and found out she is basically my neighbour. Told her we should meet next week, she agreed…

If you go to gym 5 times a week, you should eat and sleep a lot more than you do now. Otherwise, you'll exhaust yourself. Consider looking into supplements (whey protein, creatine) if you want faster recovery.

I think it is a phase. You are not putting them on pedestal now. You feel disenchantment with their predictable behaviour. Use what you read on TRP to get what you want. Just don't stop, because mastery is achieved only with lots of real-life experience.
