My friends ex wife lies about everything to the point of him probably needing a defamation case against her. She fought for 50/50 even though she’s unfit to be a mother due to the fact that their son is a type 1 diabetic that she is constantly dropping off super sick, in DKA, from feeding him junk and not monitoring his diabetic needs closely. Then she doesn’t even take them 50/50, and she tells judges that he is keeping the kids from her, which is not true because she will take them on weekends…

I think the reason why the grey rock doesn’t work is because she’s really just wanting him isolated, he’s not allowed to move on in her eyes, him having a GF is a threat to her and a giant slap to her ego , So if she repeatedly plays games, it’ll create insecurities and cause fights between the GF and him and scare the GF off. She’s trying to piss the GF, hence the repeated texts that are off an inappropriate nature.

Yeah. It’s hard when she refuses to follow boundaries. If you say that you are using a parenting app for communication, she just calls repeatedly on blocked #s. If you say that you want to go email only, she tries to claim that you are being difficult/abusive and holding communication about kids from her and for some reason everyone just believes her and eats it up. She only participates in doctor appointments if he’s going to be in a room with her so she can try to harass him and so now he says…

That’s BS, they needed to be treated equal in courts because abuse is abuse and I don’t care what gender you are. Fuck these people and their power tripping behavior.

It’s hard to prove. You need a money to spend time getting a convincing case together with a lawyer and most men in these situations don’t have that.

I began one. I got embarrassed because we look like lunatics. And Again, I’ve remained mostly unfazed by her behaviors until I wasn’t, now I’m just fed up and a little traumatized by it, I’ve remained quiet and have never responded to her or spoken to her. I was told to get a police report on her harassment for the order. The police officer laughed at me, which lead me to feeling the embarrassment, he told me to stop this and change my number instead of pursuing a case that’ll cost me money (she…

It’s all for controlling reasons. People like her make me feel like we all might need to start wearing body cams or have a recording device of some sort on at all times. She’s manipulating the system to her advantage (male vs female). Sometimes I feel like If I remain in this relationship, I too will end up with some false allegations on my name. She has made up so many things about me and continues to accuse me of things I don’t do. For example, I was named an emergency contact just so it could…

Yeah, she considers herself an empowered women to have to be going through such horrific abuse. Some of our mutual acquaintances who are or used to be her friend have told me about how she’s going around pitying herself for attention and then getting tattoos that symbolize her strengths for coming out such an abusive marriage all the while harassing and being obsessed with him in an attempt to get him isolated and alone. She clearly doesn’t want him moving on at all and is a possessive jealous p…

Lame. Well, we’ve considered getting a lawyer and opening a case on her for abuse or whatever kind of case we can. We: As in me, him, and his oldest son (19 yo) because he hates her and was extremely abused by her.

Agree. But when you are being accused of assault, losing your job and struggling to get a new one because of the false charges popping up, how in the heck do you afford one?

He’s got one, it’s just a public defender for the alleged assault. And he won’t help with anything except the assault incident meaning he won’t look at her behavior and help him get a PO to have while combating the alleged assault.

Who can afford one of those? The law kind of treats us all like we’re made of money and can afford these services.

I did ask in legal advice and they said it’s none of my business to be involved in his stuff, so I deleted my post as I felt they were dismissive and not going to be helpful. Partly why my thread is titled the way it is. I am a witness and victim too!

Wear a body cam 24/7. I watched my friend deal with his ex wife and I swear if he didn’t wear a recording device around her, he’d be accused of something horrible eventually as she’s the type of person who’d accuse a man of rape if she’s not getting what she wants. She tried to force herself on him constantly during their divorce and anytime he said no, she’d be like “uh, how dare you reject me, you are a monster.” Then go around telling everyone he’s an abuser who hits her.

My friend is being accused of assault because he has had full custody of his kids for 6 years and hasn’t received 1 penny from his ex. He filed for child support payments, so She decided to show up with police a day later and a bruise saying he did it, now he has a misdemeanor charge for it. She also stalks him and harasses his partners she finds out about. His 19 year old son who she abused the F* out of is testifying in the case as a witness and she is now trying to paint the 19 year old as a …

She just lies constantly about this man to play victim for attention with police, courts, friends, etc…. and then when there’s no audience, it’s sending him gifts and love bombing… well abuse behind closed doors when no one is looking too and then lies to say he’s the one who hits her, and etc.

And another time I was here, his son handed him a can of beer from her once as well… yet, she used to love trying to smear his name and would tell so many people he was an abusive drunk.

She sends food for kids to eat and makes sure to include a meal for him as well. I was around during one of the times the kids were dropped off and his son said “mom got you this” and he was handed a burger and fries.

Physical findings would be hard at this point since she has not been able to touch him in a while. He’s just got a lot of mental trauma now.

I bought him a video doorbell and installed it for him. He’s caught her coming to the door once, it eas to deliver food to their 13 year old… so I don’t know what you can do with that.

Last time he got a false charge and a PO from her, was getting love letters from her via email.

If one party is being extremely abusive and controlling to the point that it is hindering the other persons quality of life?

His oldest has gotten so stressed that he stays away and doesn’t have a relationship with him anymore, he lives with grandparents. She’s ruined them.

His rights are being hindered, and taken by this woman. She stops him from being a person. He sits quietly and takes the abuse because he thinks doing something will get him in trouble and I say fuck this bullshit, she can’t do this to you and your kids.

But why? You guys don’t deserve this!

The PO is for her because she has the courts believe he dangers her safety.. but it’s all wrong because He’s a victim of defamation, harassment, stalking, etc.

The last guy I dated reminded me of her. He was boasting himself as special constantly and made things seem too good to be true in the beginning, it was a red flag. He began blaming me for everything, accused me of being wrong all the time… more red flags popping up, I left him real quick after those, I am in the process of getting my things back from him, but he is threatening to take me to court for abuse. Just gotta know to recognize the red flags. I suppose.

And the laws favor women with this stuff.

He does not. He’s too terrified of her tactics.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 04:22 PM

It’s money.. He was laid off and couldn’t afford to have his lawyer chase her and court order things, but maybe that’s a part of his issue. She’s allowed to keep getting away with stuff.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 04:16 PM

There has been small indications that she scolds or smacks them if they talk about who he’s dating.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 04:06 PM

Yet, the kids will end up mentally damaged and in therapy for all of this.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 04:05 PM

There is a PO in place. He’s only allowed to talk about his kids health/parent time with a 3rd party.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 04:02 PM

Hard to prove he’s getting gifts too because She will just lie about it, it is a he said she said situation. Kinda need to record the kids saying “hey, mom told us to give this to you.”
/r/MensRights05/04/23 03:59 PM

These kids are definitely mentally abused by her, they are pawns used to get at him, but you can’t prove that.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 03:47 PM

Well not everyone has the same situation, sure, but that should be recognized by the courts in these cases, laws should be for everyone, not just females. His ex is constantly bragging that she makes so much money and he’s not sure if it’s more than him or not because she avoids lawyers and won’t give her income for child support info. He came so close to finalizing divorce with this person, but then she kept avoiding the final paper work/steps and he got laid off and couldn’t afford to pay his …

Which is an extremely antiquated view nowadays. With the way the country has become, Both parties go to work to survive, it’s impossible to not to anymore.

It’s like wtf? You are currently taking me to court for some fake assault claim, but in the meantime let’s send the kids home with gifts to give me?

Yeah he has a total of 2 charges on his record because of her controlling tactics and 1 currently on trial.

My boyfriend has children with someone who abuses him through money. She is always getting new tattoos and clothes for herself, but when children have medical bills that he needs help with, she’s suddenly too broke. I think there needs to be a way to stop this nonsense and I honestly think this is almost considered theft especially when your ex is financially abusing you through child support.

She deserves to be in jail and evaluated for mental health. That is disgusting and I don’t care what gender you are.
/r/MensRights05/08/19 01:23 AM

That’s bullshit. This angers me that women do this disgusting shit and some of them get away with it. Justice system loves just giving them a slap on the wrist, men will get put in jail for doing this to a woman. Well, maybe not in every case, but I’ve witnessed this repeatedly with a male friend divorcing some sociopath female who probably gets turned on by harassing him. He’s had to start recording every single interaction around her because people, cops, therapists, etc. act like they don’t b…
