1	Tips for approach anxiety Everyone gets cold feet. I have to motivate myself with little pep talks to build up my confidence. Like you I also have no problem keeping the convo lively, it's the approach. My go to prep phrases are, "here's to bad decisions.." or "she's not worthy of my nuts". 12	How to create an interesting conversation out of nothing? Most of the convos you speak of are loaded with responses like " I know!" " I remember when I experienced that..." & "I thought I was the only one." I know cause I shovel that b.s. around like it's snow just to make the other person think I'm interested in what they're saying.
