This seems like one of the more reasonable 'ones of these things' that I occasionally see around here. I think the point that she's trying to hit on is that she should feel comfortable with saying no and whatever consequences that decision may bring. I think that's a reasonable concern.

I'm just curious. If Chomsky labeled Esperanto a non language, and his own definition of a language is contrary to that claim, than what was his justification? Like I said, I'm just curious. I'm not to be inflammatory. I just want to get the context of the quote.
