Ya I can agree with that. Accept I think you’re missing the intention component of sexual harassment. At least in Canada (and I assume the US has a similar “mens rea” requirement) the conduct must be known or ought to be known to be unwelcome. And that’s a subjective test. I’m not sure if a 6 or 7 year old ought to have known it was unwelcome even if people are telling him not to. I read the post. I don’t think the kid was acting acceptably because a family member told him not to do something and he continued. The kid definitely acted like a brat for sure.
