3	Narcissists, BPD, and You They're about 1.5-2% of the population. That seems small, but if you compare it to your uni/college social sphere, you probably know a few. Fun fact: Cluster B shows up much more often as socioeconomic status and education increase. Add in the fact that all cluster B disorders are more likely to be promiscuous, and from my own unfortunate experiences I'd guess 3-4 times the average gal, if you're a guy sleeping about that works out to almost 10% of the people you will get in bed with.
