2	I signed up for a gym membership 3 hours ago. In 1.5 hours I'm going down for my first workout. Dude! Same story for me, today. Never been to gym before, decide to get myself in shape. 194cm (6"4) and dropped to 86kg (my average was 90). Pretty weak form now, mildly said. Fortunately my good friend is a gym dude, and he plans on guiding me through all this. I made a photo of myself and will do it again in a 2-3 months for comparison.
