Definitely! Rugby is a beautiful sport, and I will say the brotherhood that forms from rugby is unmatched in any other sport. You're exactly right, I didn't know shit about rugby, but the team just threw me into a scrimmage my first day out and it formed into a season that I'll never forget.

Like I said, one of the most technical sports in the world. If you're prepared to take the time to learn the lifts, it will benefit you massively, more so than bodybuilding/powerlifting IMO Klokov started bodybuilding after his weightlifting career. Like I said, he used bodybuilding as an accessory, but the majority of his training was snatch and clean and jerk. I addressed steroid use. I did not intend to promote bulgarian methods, i simply wanted to state you can get strong without getting to …

But if your goal is simply aesthetics and muscle mass there are much more effective and superior way to achieve that with much less time. I absolutely agree. Imo there is more to be taken from strength training than just that, however.

ah fuck it i give up all i can say is there is a strong correlation between red/processed meats and certain cancers. there is no correlation that i am aware of with fruits and veggies and cancers.

garbage nutrition advice. fruits/vegetables are just about the only things we consume that are cancer preventing. carbs are the bodies preferred energy source. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3757152/

good post but i disagree with some of your nutrition advice Let go of as many carbohydrates as you can (white bread, sodas, sweets, juices, etc.) good carbohydrates (vegetables, brown grains, lentils, fruits, etc. ) are just about the healthiest things on earth. Humans were designed to rely on carbs for energy. Things that are low in carbs and high in protein/fat are rarely unhealthy and usually satiating. bacon is not healthy (im going to get shit for this, but fuck it) processed meats are not …

Absolutely. Here in Armenia a good 80% of the women you see on the street are just straight faced -- marching forward like a soldier going into war. Not looking around, not making eye contact, proud like a man. Its either that or they're looking down and frowning. It is revolting. Makes them unapproachable (well, not truly, but it puts off a massive air of "fuck off"). At least in the states when you look at a girl and smile she has the fucking decency to usually smile back.

I know some very smart girls. They're also very hard workers. The top students in my graduating class were girls. But it doesn't hold a candle to a mans mentality. The innate ability men have to survive in the wild make them more pragmatic in the long run. You can be a fucking genius but if you don't apply it you wont do shit with your life. Which is why so few women have truly contributed to history. They lack the ambition to do so.

Even the most intelligent people will make BS excuses to continue with their addictions. Subconscious>conscious. Richard Feynman was an alcoholic. In yerevan armenia there is a chess school, which both boys and girls attend. similarly, today was the first day of class here in yerevan, and there were a fair amount of girls in my calc 3 and numerical analysis classes. I'd say almost 50/50. back in america the ratio was a lot, lot, lower. I don't blame you for getting mad. Teenage girls go absolutely batshit when they're angry. But like everyone else is saying, you didn't make things better. The teachers told you to back off because they are aware that you could literally kill those girls with a good strike. You have more physical power than they. Sadly, when they worked up like a chihuahua, girls tend to forget about this and will instigate you nonstop. Next time, smile, laugh at them, and walk away. If they keep attacking you, …

you really like to resort to ad-hominem, dont you? Reason does not equal learning. Acquiring knowledge and applying techniques of philosophy, reason, logic, are different things. The essence of my post is that we should attempt to "figure everything out" because it is the most enriching aspect to life. Or so I believe. Perhaps with time my perspective will change. Elaborate. It is clear that life changes once you get your first true 9-5 job, once you enter the world on your own. Not having been through that doesn't mean I am not aware of it. Like you said, it also doesn't mean I have accepted it. What are you implying? That "real life" is more difficult, less romantic? I think learning should be the number one hobby, yes. Is it realistic? Of course not, otherwise we wouldn't live in the world we do today. Is it possible? I don't see why not.

If the majority of athletes are also chronic lairs, then I have no basis for my argument. Olympic lifters hit their peak around 30. Powerlifters around 40. The best of the best realize that the most progress is made by avoiding injury. As you get older, injury becomes more prevalent. Am I wrong here? Does a man who is not a doctor not know anything about health?

5 days a week ~2 hours a session. When did I say I didn't? If you have a job, and lifting is your #1 priority, you won't have too much time to learn, especially if you want a social life. You can look good without being buff. Not saying you shouldn't get buff, cause it always helps, but having good fashion sense/being hygienic can get you a long way. It's not just about getting smarter. It's about enriching your life with knowledge, of all sorts, and the people who want to do the same. You still have hundreds of other hours to learn Not if you have a job and any hint of a social life. Learning takes a lot of time. A lot more than lifting. Your last sentence pretty much nails it. I believe, however, that internal>external. Get jacked, sure. But if you want to live a fulfilling, interesting life, where you actually contribute something to society other than your looks, you need to prioritize learning.

It is one of the best. I do not think it is the best. If lifting is your number one priority then commitment to learning will degrade simply because you won't have enough time to spend on educating yourself. It is the fastest, easiest way to improve your life immediately, and an area of your life where you can always make measurable progress. fastest, easiest =/= best. being ambitious and having massive drive to meet people/learn new things in your field will likely bring you faster results than lifting. Lifting on the over side is very easy, anybody can do it. Very true. It takes more effort IMO to be smart than to be strong. Much more. But I don't agree with your first argument. In our day it's pretty damn easy to come across good, truthful knowledge. It's pretty hard to mess up math/physics/the sciences. As for softer subjects, that's really up to you to decide what you think holds the most merit. Your example is too extreme. I have not heard of a place on the earth that still teaches that th…

I was in the same situation. Got good grades, played instruments, but I was fat. I lost about 40 lbs and gained back about 20 of muscle. At that time of my life, it was almost all I thought about. Absolutely. I will not disagree that it loses importance. But the frequency, the intensity, must be toned down to reduce risk of injury. Like I said, as we get older, exercise becomes more health-attributed, which is more important than looks in the end. I am simply arguing that lifting should not be the number one priority of any man who is not a professional lifter.

Unless you plan on attempting to fuck her in the future, you don't need to contact her at all. Ever again. Considering the type of person you are, I wouldn't suggest attempting to get with her again. In the end, it's all what you make it to be brother. Your feelings are completely normal. But you don't want to be normal. You want to be extraordinary. Think of the future. In 10 years, when you've been with women 100x better than her, are you going to give a shit about all this? Absolutely not. Yo…

My friend, if she cared about you, she wouldn't cheat on you. It's as simple as that. When you do cut her off, she will retaliate by attempting to get closer than ever. Don't let that fool you. You came to TRP for a reason, because you know that it's over, because you know that there is a science to this type of stuff. Don't let your emotions guide you.

I'm living in Armenia atm, and........ you know what, I was about to say how there's truth to it, how girls here are raised differently, etc. etc. But fuck, come to think about it, the sexual revolution has penetrated the entire globe. Girls here dress scantily as well, they walk walk with an air of entitlement that would send any beta's balls far into his colon, and many are rude. Just yesterday I approached a girl at the gym and asked her if she spoke english, her response was "I don't talk to…

bro, I didn't get armpit hair until 16, and I'm still not very hairy (And im freaking armenian) And I have huge T levels. Acne, immense sex drive, the works. Put on muscle like a champ. Lifting is also one of my passions. You can go on test later. Don't fuck up your life because you're impatient. What are your squat/deadlift/bench numbers?

It appears to me that there are not too many people in this one (lets compare to the CAFE uprising). Lack of numbers consoles me. I wonder if the person who honked did so out of hate or agreement. I would hope those who saw these women almost bare ass naked holding anti-rape signs would see the hypocrisy and itch to hit the gas pedal. You know, come to think of it, these rallys would probably be great places to find ONS'ers

Yes. Poor guy. Hope one day he grows up enough to fend for himself. Sadly I don't think that'll happen though.

In that case, better to be a voice recorder. Really though? I thought they seemed pretty adamant with "yes means yes". Can you actually go back on that on a verbal yes?

Dude. Business idea. Voice recorder/camera that comes on with a key word e.g "Do you want it/do you want to have sex/etc." and turns off after it hears a yes/no response. Set one up in your bedroom.

Definitely seems fake. Not saying it is, but its very over the top. Especially the reaction of the female board of trustees. "What kind of porn do you watch?" Is this really something any person of power would say in a professional environment? If it is real.....holy shit. That guy needs to gtfo asap.

Here's my question. Can the most intelligent of humans, male and female alike, triumph over these instinctual urges (to any extent)? A hypotheses of mine is that the more intelligent an animal is the more it can go against the grain of survival of the fittest (hence reducing its primal traits and evoking those which are deemed "intelligent"). Now, one could make the argument that doing just that is SotF, but there has to be some line between quantitative reproduction and the ability to manipulat…

I've definitely attempted to change some women's minds, whether or not they truly accepted I don't know and don't really care, but never has one come back and shit on me over it. (mother not included lol). I have a hard time accepting these attribute generalizations.

Is it beta to try? Why are you so against putting effort into changing peoples perspectives? The brain is very elastic. Imo it is more alpha to attempt to change the environment than to simply say 'meh' and go with it.

I think thats the biggest problem with this sub. We all emphasize action over anger yet most of these posts are just rants. How can any progress be made if all we do is fucking complain? It's hypocritical.

Eh, I disagree. I think the girls who don't realize they're shit testing do it more, while those who do stop the games a tad.....a tad.

high school is a weird time of life, and seddit principles may or may not work on teenagers......just keep trying man. but don't let your peers catch on to your promiscuity. as for those 2 girls....move on
/r/seduction09/07/14 02:22 PM

I started all this seddit/ the game shit at 16.......and I regret nothing but I believe the teenager years aren't what this stuff is aimed for.

And that's why ultimately it's not nearly as much about theory as it is approaching. I believe you could find a guy whod never heard of seddit, M.M, etc, and if they just started approaching and failing and learning and succeeding they'd come to the same conclusions we do. As for your ex I don't know dafuq you're talking about man.
/r/seduction25/06/14 08:53 AM

This seems just as true as what M.M is preaching and in a way it's essentially the same thing. I agree though, if you want to simply express your animalistic side and fuck a lot then I don't see why you should strive to deeply connect with that person. I don't want to start falling in love with every cute girl out there.

Is sexual contact the only thing that's prohibited by consent laws? Like could I make out with an 18 year old without there being any legal issue?
/r/seduction13/07/13 03:16 PM

Should you ask how old someone is explicitly? Im 17 (theres a surprising amount of young people here) and it's often difficult to tell someone's age since the gap between being a minor and adult is so close. Also, when in a daytime environment, would you observe and follow a moving girl, or stay grounded and wait for someone to come by? I went into town today and almost everyone who I took interest in was walking somewhere, and following just seems creepy.
