I Would say gymnastics bc its a sport where you have to wait a bit before its your turn. And a sport where you Can show your cool new tricks to her. So gymnastics and if you are looking after a girlfriend i Would say gymnastics again bc there are so great personalites in gymnastics.

If you have any friend girls i Would say ask them on what they like and on how to help the situation as she is also a female.
