Lose the weight immediately. But don't do any crash diets OR fasts (you'll yoyo). What you need to do is COMPLETELY change your lifestyle. Do it in baby steps though because if you are too drastic you won't be able to maintain it (or you might, but the goal is to ease into this new transition and to love it not loathe it). Start by taking the stairs/walking whenever possible. Then start cutting down on foods that aren't good for you. I mean cutting down because never ever prohibit yourself from …

They just added Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) to the DSM V for a reason. Please consult someone and ask if you meet these symptoms: "Unlike PMS, PMDD symptoms are very severe, completely disrupting the lives of women affected by it. Women diagnosed with PMDD usually present 5 or more of the following symptoms: Very depressed mood, feelings of hopelessness Marked anxiety, tension, feelings of being “on edge” Marked mood shifts (e.g., suddenly feeling tearful orextremely sensitive) Persist…

Okay but also think about it. A lot of people want to do things for themselves, so when they get their reward (i.e. acceptance into the program) they can say /they/ did that. If you helped him, he wouldn't be able to say that. It might also eat away at your relationship because he'll feel you have 'one over him' or he 'owes' you.

I guess I am much more conservative than the ones who down voted my post. Once the advertisement is done, my SO should be the only one seeing me unchaste.

I can see going out with him, but in general. If you wear it around without him you are false advertising. Also I value modesty and I mainly wear it to give my body the hour glass shape. Even if he wanted me to dress provocatively, that is for the bedroom and the bedroom alone.

I see where you are going with 'advertising' but it is also about attracting a mate...we use makeup to cover blemishes, and pushups to enhance our physical attributes (and spanx and so forth). While I agree that once in the door, there are other traits I possess that make me a worthy partner. Ultimately the pushup makes me feel confident...and I get to embrace my feminine side. I kind of disagree with wearing the pushup once in a relationship, even if your SO likes it. Perhaps if you are home, b…

Okay but I understood Red Pill that the only attribute for a woman is her youth and appearance and for a man is his ability to be a good provider. The hourglass form is important because it makes my waist look tiny, which is an important mating feature. Larger hip to waist ratio, usually means more attractive...no?

Let him come to you. It's already incredibly emasculating that you are in a program he is not in.

Maybe buy special panties/bras for sexy time? I know I might not feel up to it, but when I don my corset and thigh highs from Victoria Secrets...it turns my switch on! Especially his reaction...is amazing.

She might have children with him? Shared rearing is key to happy kiddos.

Perfect advice...I really needed that! We (not just men mind you) tend to look for the negatives, when we should be looking for the positives.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
