I heart where your head is at, but isn't the lack of women that you're finding with these interests, whether irl or in media, tell you that these may not be things women are traditionally interested in? "Cool" is really subject to individual tastes. While I wish a lot of what you mentioned wasn't particularly gendered, I can see why you don't encounter a lot of "cool" women with a definition of cool that leans masculine. Many women are actively discouraged from being anything other than pretty/sexy, and it ends up showing in how they tend to have fun (or not have fun).
