3	What'd she expect? I’m not implying a full 20, I mean at the very least 2. I saw on another comment explaining well that people who say their brains aren’t fully developed are just wrong. You’re not brain dead until 25. She’s 17, she knows very well right from wrong. She deserves a punishment, but she also deserves rehabilitation even more.
