Clearly you're more comfortable being a weird awkward beta in front of a group of girls instead of trying to pick them up. So the real push yourself out of your comfort zone would be to just put yourself out there and actually try to succeed 10 times gaining experience for what you're actually after instead of just taking the easy way out.

Dude please do not do this. I can't tell if this was a troll suggestion or what but it's terrible advice. He said stare at her without looking away until she magically becomes attracted. This is the creepiest thing ever and will not make a girl attracted to you, especially not a shy one. You're much more likely to scare her doing this. There's the possibility that she thinks you're a 10 and can do whatever you want and she'll be attracted but doing a creep stare will not help. People don't steal…

The whole list is odd. It's as if there's a million excuses why every guy isn't good enough for his best friend in the whole wide world who's the most beautiful 9 he's ever seen that can manage to talk to men all night and not a single one of them found her attractive or interesting enough to want to see her ever again and bothered to ask for her number. This dude is clearly pining for his best friend and suffering from a bad case of oneitis, so bad he had to come on here and get it off his ches…

Not every woman is susceptible to this type of pickup and that certainly doesn't make her a bitch even if she acts like one. There's many reasons a woman might not want to talk to strangers while she's in the middle of her day and you should be mature enough to understand this without getting your panties in a bunch. Move on to the next one and don't give her a second thought. Especially don't dwell on how much of a bitch she was to protect yourself from feeling like you got shot down. This is p…

While your title is correct and putting women on a pedestal is generally a bad idea, who are you to say what the advice here is to be used for? There's a lot of women out there and if one happens to tickle your fancy you should definitely focus on picking her up and use advice from here such as "don't put her on a pedestal" to achieve your goal. Approaching every girl you see only to settle on the ones who fall easiest on your game may eventually land you with a girl you really like but there's …

Yeah the advice over there is plain awful. Sounds like it came straight from Cosmo. If a girl plays hard to get or stupid head games which are so painfully easy to spot, I lose any sort of mental attraction to her which makes me no longer want to pursue a relationship with her and I stop caring about her as a person, she's turned herself into a game, an object. At that point either I decide she's not worth the trouble and forget about her or if the sexual attraction has been built up I'll try to…

You're confusing being a nice guy with being a pussy. Actually no where in there do you say anything nice you do for anyone. You mention being concerned with what other people think, being a push over, not speaking your mind, being insecure but definitely nothing to do with being nice. People will often say "you're too nice" when they really mean you're being a pussy because it sounds a little..nicer. I say this because people get the two confused and being a nice person shouldn't be frowned upo…

If you're not talking to them and they're not talking to you then it'll be weird staring them in the eye. If they're talking to you or you're talking to them that's when you look them in the eye. To start you can open with eye contact and leave with eye contact. For example when it's your turn to approach, give a warm little smile and say something like "Hey, how's it going?" and then when you leave look them in the eye again and say "Thanks a lot, have a good one". That "how's it going" can tur…

Do it with every person you interact with, not just women at bars. Cashiers are a real easy start for people you don't know but friends and family are easy practice too. You'll need to repeatedly tell yourself to do it but keep at it and after a while it becomes natural. I've been working on it for years and once in a while I still get self aware of it and look away or when I'm talking about something that makes me feel vulnerable I have to tell myself stop looking at the floor and engage the pe…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
