Didn’t Tom Brady abandon his last partner while she was pregnant? What makes you so sure it was Giselle that did the leaving and he didn’t push her away?

As a black man… Just kidding. For reals, as a woman with her shit together, I absolutely prefer a man who lives alone, but I could handle someone with roommates as long as his place felt like the home of an adult and not like a frat house. Living with parents would be a dealbreaker though. Sorry :(

There are endless intellectual topics, some she may be into and others she may not. She could be brilliant when it comes to philosophy and literature, but lost in the realm of physics and the universe. Just because she’s not interested in one or two topics you bring up doesn’t mean you have to revert to conversations about pop culture - Although where you meet these women, and their age will make all the difference. Did you go and cold approach a 19 year old at a shopping mall and now you’re ups…

It sounds like you’re replying to the wrong post then, you gross little caveman. I’m sure neither of those cars would want you inside them.

If you think the age gap might be inappropriate, it’s probably because it is. You can of course talk and flirt or whatever, but find someone closer to your own age to date/hook up with - or who at least is in the same place in life as you - in regards to education, travels, living situation, career… If you own a house and date someone who lives with their parents or in a college dorm, that’s gross.

Yeah, looks don’t let you get away with everything… I’ve told beautiful men to fuck off before. I wouldn’t normally be so rude, but sexual comments to a stranger are never okay.

3 days ago you told someone: “Hit the gym and pump some natural testosterone in ya, you will look better, I looked like shit as a child too till the real puberty hit me like a truck, as long as you get testosterone during puberty you will look better as a man, right not, not so much my dude, sorry for the honesty. Also get some skin care, a neat haircut and fix them glasses.”

No surprise guests is a huge one for me! Nothing worse than coming home from a long day and there are six of your roommates friends hogging the couch and standing around your kitchen. I’ve lived alone for almost ten years now and I will never live with anyone (aside from my dog!) ever again.

This is extreme! I once moved out of a shared house with an ex while he was at work when I found out he had cheated on me… but I kept my number and just ignored his calls. And if anyone asked, I told them what happened and that there wasn’t a conversation we could have that would have changed my mind, so i chose to do it without confrontation while he wasn’t home. Everyone was really cool about it. He tried to fix things for a couple weeks, then I don’t know, was so ashamed or had so many people…

I don’t know, sometimes I’ll wear a fake wedding band to work in an attempt to make men not hit on me. Then if they decide to hit on me anyway, I can say “fuck off, I’m married”. I’m sure a lot of them are proudly married, and I agree that’s a gross thing to wrap their identities around, but also maybe by blasting it out there in the forefront, it makes it easier to tell randos in their DMs to fuck off. (Though don’t get me started on men not respecting the word “no” unless it’s because you alre…

Totally agree. This sub should be more about us, and our wants/needs/goals/plans for us to live our best life. But it’s no longer about building ourselves up and never settling for less, it’s not just like “look at this asshole”

Yessss. I used to date a man who was pretty wealthy and would buy me gifts and take me out, but he always lorded it over me. He wasn’t doing it because he was kind and generous, he acted as though he was purchasing me and my time/affection.

The reverse game is fun if you don’t mind wasting 3-5 minutes of your life. When someone says something like that, question them point blank to make them realize what an asshole they’re being. “Oh, why do you think that would go over my head?” “You didn’t think I’d understand something so complicated?” Something simple but pointed to let them know you’re onto their game me think their tactics are trash. Then block them.

So are you saying Men who go their own way are no different than simps?
/r/MGTOW221/02/21 01:35 AM

There are lots of different variations of MGTOW though... there’s the monks, there’s the hardcore woman haters, there are those that just want to actually go their own way and not submit to society’s expectations and perceived obligations. The movement has a very broad spectrum of men with didn’t lifestyles and ideals. It’s weird that you have such a binary view on the matter. To add to that, if there are red-pilled and blue-pulled men, shouldn’t there be some sort of equal alternative to women?…

I think it’s interesting that y’all are saying we can’t lump all MGTOW dudes into one category because there are so many beliefs and lifestyle choices amongst you, yet “all women are like that.” Do you not find that mindset to be hypocritical?

I had an ex boyfriend shame me for being athletic. Said there was only so much effort needed to be healthy and that I was being vain. So what if I am? Is he really going to pretend my physique wasn’t a big part of what attracted him to me? Guess what buddy... bodies like this take work.

When I was 26, I dated a man who was 15 years older than me... I thought it was a bit weird, but he was handsome and stylish so it didn’t really bother me. Fast forward to a couple months ago. I’m 36 now, and I run into him and his new girlfriend WHO IS 26! What’s grosser still is that they’ve been together for 3 years - meaning that he started dating a 23 year old when he was 48. I briefly dated a musician who got mad at me for not promising to not see other men while I was overseas (we’d been seeing each other for about 2 months, and I was going to be gone just as long). He got so angry that “I wouldn’t say it” he punched the door frame and broke his hand. He ended up getting kicked out of his band because he couldn’t play anymore, and it was obvious he broke it in a rage fit. He messaged me threats for the next couple of months saying shit about how he should have hit …

The thing about this too is if she says yes to be nice with the intention of telling him no later that night, what happens if he blasts “she said yes!” all over social media? Now she’s an even bigger asshole for it being public to all his friends and family. The woman can’t win here. She did the right thing by saying no straight away.

Generosity of women is incredible, but if you haven’t tried them yet, sea sponges are a life changer. I swear they made my periods shorter, they’re good for the environment, and if need be - you can bone in them.

It’s funny... I’m 5’10” and attraction wise, I’m totally cool with shorter men, but EVERY SINGLE ONE that I’ve dated has been insecure about it and tried to tell me not to wear heels, or made shitty comments about my height. I’m sure there are plenty of times the wife actually does this, but I think a lot of men use it as a cop out if they don’t want to do something, but don’t want to seem like a square or a bummer or whatever. It’s like when I use the old “I’ve got to get home to let the dog out” excuse so I can go home and get to bed by 10:30 without looking like a little bitch.

To be fair, I live in LA and wouldn’t date a guy who didn’t have a car if he lived more than 5 miles away from me either. In small towns or places with better public transportation it’s one thing, but Rancho Cucamonga is like 2 hours away from where she lives. That would be a pain in the ass.

The responses you are going to get in this sub will all be extremely biased in the direction of “RUN!” If you/your friend really wanted any opinion other than to bail, you would be posting somewhere else. It seems to me you (your friend) if afraid, insecure, or wants out. Take time and ask yourself why you wanted to marry this person in the first place. What qualities does she possess that make her a good partner? Before this conversation, how secure were you in this relationship? Have a convers…

5’10 woman who has dated men who were considerably shorter here... it’s more about confidence than height. I sometimes like to wear heels because they make my legs and ass look great. Are you going to tell me how bangin’ I look, or act insecure that your lady is now 6’1”? THAT is what’s important to me. Your attitude, not your height.

This sounds like a double standard, but usually fat men are schlubbier than fit men, while there are a ton of high maintenance fat women. The shallow side of me definitely finds the thin woman more attractive, but the other woman looks fantastic as well.

She knows you want to sleep with her. Men don’t cold approach women unless they want to sleep with them and women know that. When the time comes to ask her out, make it clear you want to take her on a date. If you say “we should hang out” you might get friend zoned, but if you’re straight up she’ll either say yes or no.

Speak to her like you would a man, or a relative, a coworker... she’s just a person like everybody else. You can chat about current events, the weather, tell a funny story, state observations regarding your surroundings. Avoid discussing sex, religion, or politics unless she mentions it first. Do not compliment her body. Don’t even comment on it. I’ve heard a lot of guys here say they’ll ask a woman if she’s a yoga instructor and tell her she’s fit. Please stop doing that. You can go your own way without being hateful. MGTOW went from being a positive group where men could talk about and show off the great lives and things they did when they refused the lives society demanded of them, then turned into something gross. By the end, that sub had become just as toxic as r/incels.

What about guys with “Dad Bod”? That’s completely acceptable, and to many– Even desirable for men. Although my theory on that is women will assume that if he’s got a little extra cushion, he’d have to be a hypocrite to judge her for her muffin top/ fupa.
