| 1 | Oh, it’s not?from the company point-of-view why would the pay better for the same job you were doing? A new company doesn't know you, you may be their next super star employee for what they know. Being refused can be tricky too. You let them know that you are not happy with your salary and you may try look for better options. They could preemptively try to replace you to mitigate risk.
