There is a reason physicists are 0% feminists and 95% male. Nobody can fight the quotas. And since the other girls who could get that job are all equally bad at it, you're better off keeping that one, she might yet learn on the job. It's only when people will look at gender ratio from a supply perspective that this bullshit will stop. Right now they want 50% women in a field where 95% of people interested are men.
