this isn't just a mens rights issue, the is an issue with the laws lack of 'grey area' as far as crimes. he wasnt try to get away with no regestering, he mistook 7 days prior for 7 days after.

its the same case with any kind of 'violence' against women. i got into an argument with my ex about how she acts with we are out. she burst into tears and went into her friends house, her friend comes out to threaten me accusing me of hitting her. even after she told him that didn't happen, he accused me. the best part was the argument wasnt even that huge of a deal to either of us.
