Nice to see you back, Woujo. My thoughts on this: Nowadays, there's no point of being insecure (and in the same vein, a cynic). Like you said, insecurity, at least in a tribal situation, is what keeps weaker men from dying. By being insecure, you give away your freedom (not sure if that's the right word) in exchange for safety, food, status, and resources. In tribal situations, insecurity is beneficial. However, on the modern stage, it's a different story. In the modern stage, there is no point …

As stated at the sidebar, the red pill is mens' sexual strategy. Nothing more, nothing less. What you're describing is MGTOW, which is one of the flairs for this subreddit. As for you getting tired of reading the same stories, simply don't read it, or, like what you have said, contribute something new, refreshing, and challenging to the mind. What is it have you discovered that is red pill or change the views of others? To the second-to-last paragraph, there are other subreddits for those. Yes, …

I've never done journaling, but under your non-negotiables, I've been writing down points 7 and 11 for myself in the past few months. And I have to say those points work. With point 7 under you non-negotiables, I've been doing exactly that: writing down why my self-discipline had faltered. When I wrote that down, I was able to see the mistakes I was making and why I was making those mistakes. Once I was able to see my errors, I was then able to correct those errors. In other words, point 7 will …

It's cliche to say, but practice makes perfect. Practice on friends if women aren't available. If it helps, get a strip of paper, write down the shit-test basics (not actual lines), and keep it in your pocket.

Instead of memorizing actual lines word-for-word, remember the basics: A&A, pressure flip, ignore, etc. It's easier to memorize the basics than actual lines.

An important post that new year noobies miss all the time. Well done, OP. Yes, building momentum is one of the most powerful ways to accomplish what you want. I would like stress the importance of consistency once you've built momentum. In order to maintain your momentum, you have to be consistent with what you do. You're going to need self-discipline to snowball your momentum. Think of it like a park swing. You're on a swing and you start with a kick to the ground to get you moving. You only sw…

Judging by your username, I'm guessing you're hitting the gym to lose weight There's absolutely nothing wrong with trying to improve your body. Your friend is retarded. He's practically saying for you to stay unhealthy. Of course, your friend doesn't do this with malicious intent. He's just man who's "looking after you." As you run along your redpill journey, you'll come across men, friends, and family that will hold you back or undermine you. They use phrases like "eat another," "it's just a sn…

I'm going to keep this brief; I'm going to assume a lot of things. I don't have many close friends. I make them easily. It's tough to maintain them and make it stronger. They generally fade away. It's not that hard to keep and build friendly relationships. Hang out them, text them, call them, say hello, help them, start a project together, etc. Those are just some ideas to solidify a friendship. I'd recommend finding you some people you admire and get closer to them. Don't befriend shitty, lazy,…

Classic shit test. It seems like you need to go back to theredpill sidebar. Look under references and re-read the first three. You need to realize that everything a woman says is bullshit. Don't let a slut define you, lol.

Should you make a big fuss about regret? No, you shouldn't. However, you should realize the mistakes you've made and learn from it. Learn from your regrets, from your mistakes. The problem people have about thinking about their past is the "what if i've done X" or "I should have done Y" or "I could never have done Z like him" or "everyone is better than me" mentality. They fall into the void of fantasy. Here's what you should do: stop thinking like those mentalities. Live in the present. Plan fo…

First off, you need a goal for your body. Ask yourself: what am I after? I'm assuming you're as thick as a twig. In general: Strength = bulk Muscular size = bulk Women = bulk and/or cut. Personally, bulk first then cut. Respect from others = bulk and/or cut. Personally, bulk first then cut. See a pattern? You're going to need to bulk. The only time I think a person should cut is when they've achieved their strength and/or muscular size goal. Unless you're already strong or swole, bulk first then…

Personally, I lean toward the hedonistic side. If I like it, I do it. But the problem is: just because you like it, doesn't mean you should do it. For example, cigarettes. People love smoking cancer, but is it good for them? No, it isn't Porn is a tricky subject. I haven't done any great research on porn, but I can tell that the science community is divided; so, all I have to offer is my anecdotal evidence. This is what happened to me when I was on porn: ED, sleepiness, I didn't feel like social…

Two solutions: Best solution: isolation. Find a way to get you and the girl isolated. How do you isolate? It really depends on the situation. Who gives a fuck? Flirt anyway. Flirt with them, even. The problem you will encounter will be with cockblockers. But if a girl really digs you, she will make it easier if you to do your thing.

Personality types are not static—it evolves over time. Introverts can become extroverts. If an introvert does an insane day game session, his personality will evolve. Tom Torero, a day game pau who owns a day game Podcast, was introvert. However, after months of day game, he has become an extrovert. Nick Krauser, a person Rollo Tomassi considers one the best day gamers, said himself that he is an INTJ. Yet you say, or rather psychologists say that INTJ’s are shit at social settings. But here we …

Every one is giving the same answer, so here is a new one. Get rid of what’s leading you to give into your urges. For example, you want to eat more sweet potatoes, so buy more sweet potatoes and less brown rice. Let’s say you masturbate but you want to stop. One way to stop is either: leave the room before you masturbate, turn off the computer/phone, go lift, go read etc. Do everything to distract you from your urges. Get the gist? Just my 2 cents.

Work on your posture first. Posture is top priority because perfect posture will allow you to reach your strength potential and reduces the chances of getting severely or permanently injured when lifting. As for getting a personal trainer, just get one of your bros who lift daily to help you with your posture.

I’m not so sure if it’s going to be that impactful—fun, but not impactful enough to make a major difference for newly exposed men. Sure, it can give men answers, but it’ll be of memory and it will come out corny, stiff, and uncreative if women have already heard it before. It would be like shitty knock-knock jokes if shit-test answers are planned. It’s better to come up with shit-test answers on the spot with women and with friends, rather than think for minutes for a clever answer on the intern…

Here are some books that are rarely mentioned in this subreddit that you can still learn from. The Red Pill Handbook. Although it's not on the sidebar, this is a collection of top theredpill posts from a few years ago. All the posts inside of the handbook is before theredpill subreddit exploded into popularity with teenagers and incels. I have this on my phone, and if I am bored or I need some reminders, I read this book. The book is free, and you can find it by googling the name of the book. Th…

The Tom Torero Podcast. It’s more about pua, and is valuable nonetheless. His main focus is day game. Kingmaker Podcast With Roosh V. Check out his other stuff as well. Jocko Podcast. Jock Willink is a former Navy SEAL and his Podcast is not really trp-esque, but still teaches you about practical self-discipline, leadership, and assertiveness skills, which fall under trp.

There is a ton of advice here. I think there is one additional thing you should do: contact the other guys on the list and give them the same advice you were given.

Yup, for those who are skeptical on using a calendar and/or a to-do list, it does free up your mind. You no longer have to memorize shit. Now you can focus on other important stuff you have in mind. Once you start using a calendar and/or to-do list, it gets addicting to cross it out and see your progress.

Nice post “Warm weather makes for soft men,” or something like that. After a whole day of being denied of what I wanted, I felt like shit. I took the shitty route of being invisible and expecting the predictable for the rest my day. After reading your post, I got reminded that rejection = growth. I’m ready for another day. And expect other people are too.
