Thanks for being candid. I'm 21 myself, so I believe we share a zeitgeist. I don't agree with you - I don't think letting immigramts assimilate as has been done so far is enough; I think the right word is help. I absolutely think it's right to deport any refugees that break the law. However, I still believe in patience and giving amnesty. Thank you for the thorough recap of the current situation. I wish people saw this differently. A lot of the immigrants are men that fail to integrate into western cultures for one reason or another (I've had my fair share of harassment) - I wish that instead of demonizing these people, a lot of whom are refugees, we would try measures to help them integrate instead. Idk I'm pretty terrified of the right-wing uprising that seems to be happening in all major and most minor western states right now. I live in Finland and our 2nd largest party right now is a right-wing populist one with nasty anti-immigrant and homophobic views, and blatant ties to neo-nazism and other disconcerting movements. Alright. Well I hope so at least. But it is quite frightening right now when it's only just happening, with the additional fright of Cameron's resignation and not knowing what will happen next. With Boris Johnson as a strong candidate for Prime Minister, for all we know, World War 3 might very well be fought with hair products.
