But do you take into consideration what women went through lol they were sold to men, also if it were such an issue for the men why did they marry? A lot of jobs wouldn't even hire them because they were women, they were looked down upon and were raised to be homemakers and mothers anyways.. I hope we could both agree that neither gender had it very well.

Patriarchy is a social system in which men hold primary power and predominate in roles of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege and control of property. It did exist.. I don't see how it relates to biology but in history it definitely existed

Maybe you'd have more influence if you advocated under the wing of feminism, we need your help in increasing the amount we advocate for men because I know not enough feminists do. I just want us to work together, I want both sides to advocate for each other because that would result in actual change. If both sides recognized each others issues we wouldn't be fighting over who has it worse

I'm not even talking about our privileges.. I'm talking about the fact that women are not taken seriously, we're being discriminated in the sense that we're seen as toys for men and supposed to be submissive housewives, etc. The law isn't going to fix this

We advocate or at least recognize all these issues.. I'm not against you. I'm saying advocate with us for all those things. I know I sound a bit insensitive when I say advocate with us, I just mean don't advocate against us. Everyone should be equal and have their issues talked about and solved appropriately. I know there are extremists that will blame men for everything but that's not the majority. I wish we could all work this shit out together
