I’m an American currently living in Berlin. Sadly this is quite common. I’ve heard it’s because the university is free here and so a lot of people (mostly men) dick around and take until their late 20s/early 30s to finish. They’ll just randomly decide to only take two classes per semester or go traveling or something like that. The amount of man children that are in this city is ridiculous. 🙄
