Not much actually. Try to communicate with people. Even if it's hard or something, you'll fuck up definitely but you'll learn quickly and it's better to be a quiet guy as in your case. You can have all you want just say it.

I don't follow any particular character. I asses the given situation and then think of someone who'll Excel in that situation and I try to impersonate that. Try method acting. Pick a character or make one for yourself who gets girls easily. Let's say you pick up the character of Archer. Get into that character. And understand how much you can apply his characteristics practically. I don't want you to go do weird shit. Become a different you.
