Those that truly understand it should be the ones succeeding at passing on their genes, or so we think. Each of us assume our genes should be good enough to pass on, but this "natural selection" idea gets in the way of that haha. We are just not in control. Im not so sure we ever have been.

Literally JUST had this conversation with a woman the other night at a bar. I'm a film major, and we were discussing The Neon Demon and whether or not the director's intent was to convey a message of negativity about female-specific competition or just simply holding a bright fucking candle to it. We ended up discussing Nymphomaniac as well, about the depths of human sexuality and it's obvious separation from "love". I had one too many drinks and broke my rule about bringing up TRP with women in…

YES! The most beneficial advice to the well being of an individual is TRUTH. If you don't like the way you look, change it. If you don't like the way you think, change it. If you make excuses or let people convince you that you're fine the way you are, even though you feel differently, YOU'RE LAZY.

Many of them push bogus supplements and workouts that focus more on making you a consumer than actually bettering yourself. Buy this product, sign up for this weekly subscription vlog, etc etc. Typically what works for one person, might not work for another, and too often I see men and women alike fall into these traps and the cyclical hamstering of Blue Pill reinforcement of "Be Yourself" keeps them sedated enough to not question what they are willingly buying into. By all means, get in the gym…

Because EVERYONE worries about what other people think, and to not to do so, and then expect that magically you will be liked for just accepting who/what you are and not trying to better it for 1st, yourself, and 2nd, to appeal to others, you're not participating in life my friend. "Be Yourself" is a tactic to keep people out of the game.

What are you confused about exactly?

Coddling has never done anyone any favors. I wonder what would have come from someone drawing her as they see her, caricature-esque. I understand the purpose to be "Oh wow, she's so beautiful and brave to stand there, naked, looking like THAT!". How do people not see this as offensive?

No more gingivitis, a slightly whiter smile, and fresher breath. I am sure the same results can be achieved by regular oral hygiene, but I feel I enhanced the process by adding oil pulling twice a week.

Totally agree, it's just as toxic for young boys and women for the same reasons. Last night I stumbled upon a documentary on Netflix called "The Mask You Live In", which I was under the impression was going to be a look into the world of suppressing natural masculinity, and it was, but in the wrong direction. Within 5 minutes the film already established it's agenda to be "Masculinity is not natural, it's a reaction." I wish I could give it 0 stars.

All I'm saying is that "Be Yourself" from the mouth of someone who's agenda in life is to be better than the person they were yesterday (while selling you garbage fitness supplements and low-input=high-output workout advice) is toxic. I think a more positive approach to this should be more specific, ex: "Strive to be better" or "Change what you can't accept and accept what you can't change"

It's really not much of an ordeal at all. Takes maybe 10 minutes in the shower to get it all done.

Quick question: Pre-workout mixes for 1st year beginners, yes or no? I bought some Hyde, about halfway through it, and the pump I get is INSANE, but I'm worried I will become dependent on it.

http://wellnessmama.com/5734/101-uses-for-coconut-oil/ something else I use it for is Oil Pulling. A tablespoon swished around in your mouth for about 20 minutes can help pull toxins from your gums and has helped me fight off the gingivitis I dealt with for years. You still need to maintain a twice a day regiment of oral care (floss, brush, mouthwash). Coconut oil can be used to make your own toothpaste too! Free of harsh chemicals that are said to be contributing factors to testosterone depleti…

Coconut oil is a miracle. I use it as aftershave, beard oil, and moisturizer.

I do mine daily, and apply a small amount of coconut oil after I shave to deal with any razor burn that might pop up. The most important part is to ALWAYS shave with a sharp blade. I signed up for Dollar Shave Club and got the executive level razor, and use one cartridge per week. The hair that hasn't thinned out is still pretty thick, and these blades do a great job. I also recommend using a shave gel rather than cream or foam, something that isn't mentholated because some people's skin can rea…

My point in all of this is that many people (men and women alike) don't REALLY seem to be aware that we live in a very aesthetically based sexualized world, and the things we are attracted to seem to rely more on what's aesthetically pleasing rather than what are actual healthy genetic indicators for choosing a mate. The fitness world capitalizes on this greatly, by convincing many people that if they just eat right (or less) and follow Jessica's 12-day Butt Lift workout, that they will attract …

Oh I totally agree, I don't mean to insinuate that ALL large breasts are fake, more that where I'm at on the western side of the globe (stated only because I'm not sure where you are posting from), the perceived preference is towards large, round, perky, etc...and that for hetero males the instinctual attraction is for that of reproduction, but the rationalized attraction is just "hey, cool, boobs!".

I appreciate the constructive criticism, thank you! I would like to know if you have any suggestions or insight into what you mean by "meaningful conclusion"? I assumed the point of the discussion tag was to provoke a response from the community so that any advice or conclusion could be facilitated from the communal response.

The funniest thing about those "D cups" you all want, is that a vast majority of them are fake, and since bigger breast size is ONLY an indicator for a more suitable reproductive partner, it's idiotic that the illusion gets more attention than the actual. Humans are silly.

I don’t see equality around me. I see a fem-centric society that is forgetting the fact that men are HUMAN and respond emotionally to their environment and reality. If we are going to teach our boys not to rape, we also need to teach our girls to treat men with respect. You have to give it to get it. To women I say this: Stop being so fucking “nice” about rejection. You’re not saving them from the despair of feeling inadequate, you’re distracting them from the reality that they have the choice t…

Would normally go this route, but she is in the circle of people I work with. Don't need much more of this bleeding into my work life.

Do you get the point I'm making though? Usually I would get angry and just verbally tear into her, but I kind of felt pity for her.

I dated a woman for 4 years that did exactly this, but rarely ever took my decisions for her, even though she was CONSTANTLY expressing that she wanted me to be more dominant. At the time, I was still exuding beta traits in other aspects of my life, so my question is: is it fair to assume she couldn't see my decision making skills for her as valuable because of my lacking of dominant traits in other areas?

If you can't tell you're being manipulated then your problem is deeper than getting attention from women.

The key is to do all of the self improvement for your outlook of yourself, not the outcome or procedure of picking up attractive women. Inner game>outer game. Chain of events is to get comfortable with yourself and then make the changes you want to make because it makes YOU feel good about yourself, not because you think women will be into it.
