1	How do I get my OH to act more captain like. Thanks for the comment. Reading through these comments has helped me gain some perspective. I don't want to change him, I want to bring out the alpha I already know is inside of him, and to get him to work on getting the body he himself says he wants to get. I am motivating him to get fit together, I work out 5-6 times per week, as I said, I take the utmost care of myself, without losing a substantial amount of muscle mass, I will not look slim next to him... When I met my man he was quite nervous and I initially dismissed him as beta, but that was actually just lack of experience as he was only 21... I was very quickly made aware that he didn't take any shit, he is incredibly intelligent, quick witted, socially competent and is very much an alpha at heart.
