For context, this was in a retail environment with lots of girls in their teens and 20's. Not sure if it carries over to the corporate world but my guess is it does somewhat. Quitting alcohol helped me with my depression and anxiety, a lot. If you drink a lot I would start by eliminating it for a month or two and see how much better you feel. Try exercising while you do this and I'd be suprised if you don't feel better than you do now at the end of the month.
