learn your local eviction laws, probably have months to move out. If you have been making the payments for a while, tell them they owe you more time, if they balk at it, tell them they will need to pursue a legal eviction process.

IF you can be a couple for five years (maintaining Christian moral expectations; assuming your chastity from the contextual clues here) you should have married 4 years ago. She's not that into you if she can wait that long to be your physical partner. Get on your knees and thank God she did this for you now instead of later.

GIS! She can get tons of attention in a mostly male career field, kind of like the "gamer-girlz" that don't have to be hot, just have to be female to be special in their sub-marketplace. https://therationalmale.com/2016/03/03/gamer-girls/

holeefuk, that's hilarious. I only heard about that story when the guy asked her to stop sleeping with the guys for a while. It was a good test for her. Hadn't heard about the happy ending for all the men involved.

This goes to show that ANY women can pass on her genes, but a man like this....not so much.

Left off the end of the last sentence: "I know what I have." like the cliched used car ads. She knows, figures she doesnt need to tell you.

He needed to take what was his 3.75 years earlier. If a girl can wait this long she has zero attraction for him. She should want it so bad she'll break the rules for him, but he has to go for it too.

If any couple can date that long and not have sex, the girl does not have enough attraction for him and the married sex would suck anyway.

The concept can't be stopped. They mostly started underground anyway. It was a good run, but ever since "Risk Reduction" policies were created by the insurance companies in the late 80's it was not getting better. The problem will be the loss of property value due to things like dorm waivers that allow younger members to live off campus. Huge houses at the big greek campuses will not be able to pay mortgages without things like that.

crazy thing is you don't have to change anything, you can claim to be whatever you want to be. activists will say stuff like "women who have penises" or will want sanitary napkin vending put in men's rooms on college campuses for "men who have periods too"

2nd for Dalrock, a king among men. Unbeliever here, but I find it incredibly insightful anyway. Between Him and Rollo you will have a full plate of great reading to do.

Sure, but they still get a major net positive deal, considering the solid middle class lifestyle, 'cadillac'-level healthcare, real old-school pensions and number of days worked per year. To complain about the rules is unbecoming if you get so much benefit out of these great jobs.

Earned Income Tax Credit. Has little to do with your taxes, but I think you have to have some sort of job and have children.

Gulf Arab countries are among the richest nations on earth, and they're as patriarchal as they come. Sitting on oil is no accomplishment. They don't share well either, why are the hungry Syrians going Northwest instead of Southeast? (Yeah I know its a conquest of Europe, but many actually are hungry and displaced while the oil states don't seem to give a damn.)

I have never needed a lawyer, but my gut tells me to find a female since she will likely have cunning, ZFG, and zero empathy for my adversary. It would be an awesome bonus if she only billed 3/4 the male rate.

That 6-3 woman still pines for a taller man than her though, right? (Taller, smarter, richer, etc.) So wont she think she is settling and be harder to keep satisified?

Grab a starter statistics lesson sometime. Its a count of sample size, number of occurrences, a great re-purposing of the concept for use in the RP world.

Stand by your decision, worst move would be to back down now. Its your boundary, so stand up for it. (I agree that chatting twice with the dude was one time too many, that was just weird.) Athol Kay has a good short youtube on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5j0S7XGFEY Edit/Retract: There is obviously way too much more to this story, not about the guarding, call in the experts.

It would need every-1-minute updates in her version of the app. If no reply, a message would tell you to stop on your phone.

Why the free meal? What value does this add to the restaurant? Do onlookers buy more appetizers or tip better due to the good feelz? Social media exposure, I guess I answered my own question...

Back in the 80's, George Carlin joked about animal necrophilia, "Officer, I thought the dog was alive when I was fucking him." Doesn't take long for reality to catch up to absurdity, so maybe that is next.

Seems like, from a dread perspective, he might have a lowered SMV/MMV in the market for younger women who want children.

A mom with a 2 year old is getting some kind of government cheese. WIC food at a minimum. Credit card debt is prob on her shoulders too. Not buying the independence angle she is selling. edit: 2 years was her singleness, child <5 years old.

I see it as an additional way of keeping her honest too, so there is an advantage for him too. Things could "just happen" on the pill.
