There is nothing about this story that is connected to men's rights, only a woman who killed her ex in cold blood. I'm not a lawyer, so I can not answer properly. Also, I'm not from the UK, but I know where I'm from they changed the wording some years ago to be more inclusive and not setting "penetration by penis" as a make or break argument, rather focusing on intimidation, being forceful, unconsciousness and against the wishes of the victim. This is in the UK not rape, this is sex with a minor. The law defines rape as: Rape (1) A person (A) commits an offence if— (a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents. We can all agree that circumcision whether on a male of female is an archaic and disgusting tradition, but equating them is at best ill-informed. They said her statement was "compelling", did they even try to look at it with a sceptical eye?
