I could have broken off the engagement when I realized I would never get the wedding of my dreams Sorry I'm a little out of touch here. I thought that traditionally the family of the bride planned and payed for the wedding. What on earth would the groom have to do with this?

I know that there is room here for a wide range of ideologies, but if you still find compulsory state schooling a great idea for boys, I don't understand what the hell kind of red pill you could have swallowed.

We accidentally grabbed this Boys of Steel: The Creators of Superman book out of the library. It more or less comes right out and says the two betas were imagining a guy so awesome, that all girls would want him.

Consider this comment speculative and partially conjecture, but allow me to suggest Oxytocin. Many of the important studies are on animals and not necessarily duplicated in humans yet but still of interest. Oxytocin is a hormone that plays a key role in pair bonding. Humans tend to avoid non-kin, but we must procreate with non-kin. It's suggested that Oxytocin plays a key role in social bonding and attachment. Oxytocin is strongly elevated by soul gazing, sexual intercourse, orgasm and contact w…

A young ambitious man with a mission should be able to accomplish these goals. With you there to make sure his shirts are pressed and his shoes are polished; making sure that he has a clean quiet environment for research; making sure he never has to waste idle time looking for good steaks or blowjobs; helping him navigate the network. There are reasons that married men used to make more money than everyone else. One of which is that there was often a good woman behind him taking on alot of day t…

I've always celebrated Valentine's Day on Feb. 15th. Flowers and chocolate are drastically reduced.

I disagree. Up until recently there was another name for nurses, they used to be called daughters. We also use to have another name for teachers, they used to be called mothers. I'm sure you think I'm trolling. Of course the average daughter couldn't learn about treatment for hundreds of conditions; but they could learn about the couple conditions that actually afflicted their elderly parents. And perhaps not every mother can provide a liberal education, but practically every human that ever lea…

From The Universality of Incest by Lloyd DeMause: Since genital mutilation is one of the most widespread childrearing practices, its presence alone makes incest a universal practice - despite our habit of denying its sexual motivation by terming it a "rite of passage (it often involves no passage to a new state at all) or a "puberty rite" (it usually occurs long before puberty). Also, the sexual excitement of the adults attending the mutilation is overlooked, even when - as in Siwa - the mother …
